Only visible for one customer (no groups)

Hi all,

I work with a lot of custom products and they should be available for only one customer.

Working with groups is not an option because I would need thousands of groups.

 

For example:

I create a category named: Your personal products. If the user is logged in they should be able to see their own products. 

 

Does someone know a module for this? And if there is not any module can someone make it?

Well that's a nice module but not the one I was looking for
