Todor Inchovski Posted February 13, 2019 Share Posted February 13, 2019 For order deletion you can try Vekia's module, which has a free and a paid version - https://mypresta.eu/modules/administration-tools/delete-orders-free.html Also you can try this one (it is only paid, but I've tested it and can guarantee that it works) - https://globosoftware.net/product/prestashop-order-management-module-edit-order/ Caution when using the second one - if you do NOT put your orders' status as "cancelled" the product quantities will NOT return to your stocks when deleting orders. For customers - you can just delete them from the customers tab. Maybe vekia has it sorted but I do not trust 'cleaner' modules has we have seen many many problems after they have been used, adding ghost products to cart, logging in and getting another's account info...all very nasty stuff. My advice is to cancel orders manually...and if really important you can disable customers... if there are to many to do manually you can change order status via mysql...so in summary cleaners can do much more harm than good. happy selling Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PrestaHeroes USA Posted February 4, 2021 Share Posted February 4, 2021 We do not recommend using any of the delete modules, for so many years people here post things like when I add to cart it add's other product, the list goes on. A general rule: Only deactivate and never delete anything. In the PS eco people will write modules that have no real use and create great damage to your business.
