madpugger Posted February 7, 2019 Share Posted February 7, 2019 Hopefully someone can help! I have moved Prestashop from Fasthosts to 1&1. However, stock updates are not working! I have tried to update in Product>Stocks. It shows what the figure should update to, but then reverts to 0 (or the last working stock value). When I go to movements, it shows all the alterations I have tried. I have also tried to make changes in the product edit page and the same thing. I can manually manipulate PR_Stock_Available table for "quantity" and "physical_quantity" and this then shows in the BO. Any ideas? I did find this: but mine appears to be set to incremental. However, "id_stock_available" and "id_product" do go out of sync somewhere - presumably because of some combinations? PS 1.7.5 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
