when i use the chrome console to review the source code, i found that "modules" folder showing on the source page. Please see attachment.

In addition, my other question is, 

where can i find the tpl file to edit the died picture url.

I can't make anything from what you write:

 - The first picture shows a seemingly random selection of the Prestashop directories. 

 - It is unclear where the second picture comes from. The header? The footer? Somewhere in the middle? 

The broken picture might come from the same source as the newsletter stuff. But it could also be from some module that has been inserted there by a hook.

A better approach to your second question would be to look in your Chrome console where the link of that dead picture leads.
