a problem in date for Customer loyalty and rewards module

In the "Customer loyalty and rewards" module, when the user enters the generated code, the message "expired code"
I check the code for discount codes. I see the problem of date. That is, the expiration date is recorded as "1970-01-01 03:30:00", so it's natural that the past 1970 has expired.
I manually edit the code:
If I give a jalali (hijri) date, it will store it as 777-01-0-162 03:07:08, and naturally the format of history is wrong and does not work.
If i set AD date ,then the discount code will work.
