Names in Product appear as N/D in Back office and don't appears in front office problem

My problem and as you see on the picture below I lost the titles and descriptions of my products in the back office and front office too
images are no longer displayed on the website

I think it happend while i was trying to translate a module ( Offer Block Module ) because i noticed several language changes on my website from french to english 

is there any solution to retrieve all the informations ? 

I using Prestashop : 1.7.2.4
