add file input customer form prestashop 1.7

hi everyone,

i spend 3 days to add fileUpload in form customer in presatshop 1.7,

but i cant get my uploaded file cause of the new change of core of prestashop,

i want to know what files can i change and how i can show my file in clients dashboard. 

also all result in google its with prestashop 1.6
