Unable to input tracking number in BO

Hello,

I'm new to Prestashop program. I'd like to ask you a favor to help me. 

Problem) I'm not able to input tracking number in BO. 

1. In carrier configuration, Tracking URL is correctly inputed (image ps1)

2. In customer's order, Shipping, trid to click "Edit" to input tracking number, but tracking number box doesn't appear(image ps2).

3. When I put curser to Edit, a url show like this " http://example.com/adminxxx/index.php?controller=AdminOrders&id_order=230&vieworder&token=5d4836c50d6cf5034e8a671d178e6f7f#" 

Would you know what may be problem please ?
