Add custom field in checkout only for some products

Hi,

i’m finding a way to ask, in checkout, some information only if cart contains some product(all from the same category). Do you know how I can do this? 

These informations will be stored in Prestashop db, adding new field into ps_customer table

I’m using Prestashop 1.7.4.4

You can try to find an external module which allow design fields for Checkout form?

I’ve not find any module that allows to select some categories and others not
