only show shipping method if the value is higher

Hello friends, I am new to prestashop and am having some problems. I created a new carrier, and I put it to be displayed in the purchase, but with some restrictions:

If the total order value is less than $ 50.00, it should display the freight valued at $ 20.00

If the total order value is greater than $ 50.00, it should display free shipping.

 

 

Example:

 

If the total order value is $ 60.00, show "Carrier Name - Free Shipping"

If the total order value is $ 30.00, show "Carrier Name - $ 20.00"

 

I was looking for the controller to try to make the last restriction changes, but I do not know how to proceed. Could someone please help me? Thank you very much.
