Site not working in UK for a specific ISP

Hello to all,

First of all i am not sure if i am posting at the correct section.

So, my case is very simple to describe and complex to resolve it. To be more specific the following site that i have developed for one of my customers, doesn't loading in UK and especially for users visiting using Virgin Media provider.

The url is https://www.jewelry-kores.com

As i have already informed, from all over the world it is working normally.

Does anybody has any idea how to investigate the cause? Or does anybody user located in UK could give me a hand?

"Doesn't load" is very general. Is there an error message? A timeout? Can you ping the domain? Have they blocked it as a suspicious (malware) site?

agreed 'doesn't load' is not very helpful.  Make sure to post screen shot etc.  maybe something very simple to solve but who knows?

for me this smells of dns issue, I used mxtools to get report that not 'all' is fine with your dns.
