How to set up SSL properly

I'm looking for answers in forums, and the web but I can't find a nice 'explains everything step by step instructions about how to set up SSL properly. I ordered an SSL Comodo Certificate, I enabled SSL in Prestashop admin but I get errors like In my right bottom corner where the lock icon is it shows a red exclamation mark warning that the owner is not authenticated and verification is not known. Among other errors that you can watch here on

i asked for support from my hosting company but they answered this:
Sorry you are getting the unauthenticated content error. This error occurs when your code links to your server through http://. For example the following code:

Panamahub

Because the link to the home page on the logo is showing http://, the unauthenticated content warning will show. Make sure all your links in your code are referencing the server using https://.
They can't help me more because they're not Prestashop support so What should I do? Other thing is that I don't want every single link, picture with https:// because I heard is bad for SEO. I only want a SSL on checkout, login and payment that's it. Here is a perfect example what I want and really should be.
Please help because my living is depends on this shop it's not working

Thank you for your help in advance

HI
Do the following.
First of all you have to change your server settings to https:

In your Program Menu where you installed Livezilla go to
Livezilla > Livezilla Server Admin > a radio button window comes up > check Integration: Link generator / Script Generator > Wizard window - Available Server Profile scroll down menu comes up > press the dit button > Change the PORT number to 443 and the LiveZilla Server URI https:// > press the OK button > press Nect button and wait a little bit so it generates the code > left column there is a menu item says Garphic Button > Under Scrip /Code YOU HAVE THE GENERATED CODE (make sure where it says "scrollbars=yes'))"> Copy to clipboard the hole generated code > Paste that code in PPrestahsop admin under Livezilla module config

That's It I hope I could help
