Per quanto riguarda la versione non so precisamente in quanto l'e-commerce non è stato creato da me, io ho a disposizione solo le credenziali per attuare modifiche dal back office. Per la visualizzazione degli errori bisogna accedere alle cartelle FTP del sito in quanto il tuo backoffice non va. Riesci ad accedere all'FTP? O apri un ticket presso il tuo hosting... chiedendo il file error_log_php oppure abiliti la visualizzazione errori del tuo prestashop 1.5** ** Vai nella cartella /config/ Apri in modifica il file: config.inc.php cerca "@ini_set('display_errors', 'off')" e modifica in "@ini_set('display_errors', 'on')" Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
