I use Prestashop 1.7.5 and when a customer place an order for a product, the products convert to out of stock. and nobody can order it again. the product stock inventory is more than zero but in front office it is out of stock. what is the problem? jetway Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 (edited) Check your carts. Anything in a shopping cart is reserved. Clear all non ordered carts. I am sure it will solve your problem.
