Penge Posted January 6, 2019 Share Posted January 6, 2019 Hello I'm running Prestashop 1.7.4.3 with a 3rd part theme What I am describing below happenes on some (most) of my products, not all. I have a product with several combinations (sizes) and have 5 pcs of each combination. When I add one item to the cart, the pop up window shows up but the content is ZERO. No item and no price. When I close the pop-up window the product page suddenly shows that there are not enough products. When I do a refresh of the page the message is removed. I tried to increase the amount from 1 and up and as soon as I increase the amount the message telling that there are not enough products shows up. At admin I see the correct amount of products (5 pcs of each) I don't run advanced stock. Has anyone seen this problem before ? Petter Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

PrestaHeroes USA Posted January 7, 2019 Share Posted January 7, 2019 always: enable debug mode see if php error/warning happens also, use chrome dev tools to review error console for the .js errors....if you are unsure how to use chrome dev tools learn more here: https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/open a shop manager may not be able to solve info from debug tools but if they can at least .doc the issue then community or your developer can solve.
