Image Zoom not displaying

Hi guys,

i asked in the spanish language section but no one can answer my question.

You can see the zoom on my products images or change between the different displayed images. At my bqckoffice i can see it i upload more than one image and it seems to be all ok but at the store front office you can make zoom to the photos or change the view to another image.

Can anyone help me with this problem? I don´t know where to search for the problem, i didn´t install any modification.
