Product reviews simple allows users to review and rate the products.

 

PRODUCT REVIEWS AND RATINGS:

Product reviews use  Web  2.0  design.
Also,  all  functions are based on Ajax, which is very convenient for  the user.

- Support MultiStore & Multilanguage

- Compatible with RESPONSIVE themes

- Show all reviews on the single page
- Admin can answer on the review
- Admin response will be send by email

- Admin can manage the reviews submitted by users
- Admin can manage Customer name, Email, Subject, Text Review, Rating, Date Add.
- Administrator can Edit, Delete, Publish, Unpublish reviews
- Support pagination in admin panel
- IP addresses displayed along with name.

- Compliant with PrestaShop’s Official GDPR Compliance Module

 

HANDLING REVIEWS SETTINGS:

Why can add reviews?

1. All Users (module support CAPTCHA)
2. Only registered users
3. Only users who already bought the product

- Admin can choose option Require Admin Approval
- Admin can Enable or Disable : The user can add more one review OR The user can add only one review
- Admin can Enable or Disable MULTILANGUAGE. Separates different languages comments depended on the language selected by the customer (e.g. only English comments on the English site)
- Admin can set Reviews per page on Frontend (by default 5)


PRODUCT STAR RATINGS ON THE CATEGORY AND SEARCH PAGES:

- Admin can Enable or Disable rating stars on the category and search pages

 

- Stars on the category page ( category product list)

- Stars on the search page ( list product results )

 

LAST REVIEWS BLOCK SETTINGS:

- Admin can change the number of items in the block "Last Reviews"
- Admin can change Position "Last Product Reviews" Block (Left, Right, None)
- Admin can Enable or Disable Block "Last Reviews" on Home page
- Admin can Enable or Disable (X reviews) in Left Column, Right Column, Home page


ACTIVATING FILEDS IN ADD REVIEW FORM:

- Admin can Enable or Disable CAPTCHA
- Admin can enable or disable fields Recommended, Subject, IP


RSS FEED LAST REVIEWS SETTINGS:

- Support RSS Feed
- Admin can Enable or Disable RSS Feed
- Admin can set Title of your RSS Feed
- Admin can set Description of your RSS Feed
- Admin can set Number of items in RSS Feed (default - 10)


NOTIFICATIONS SETTINGS:

- Admin can change notification email
- Admin can enbale or disable E-mail notification


SEND A REVIEW REMINDER EMAIL TO CUSTOMERS:

- You can choose to send your customers an automatic email reminder to invite them to rate the products they have ordered a few days after their purchase
- Admin can import old orders for customer reminder
- Admin can select status for order. Only orders with selected status will be send by email for customer reminder



IMPORT YOUR EXISTING PRODUCT COMMENTS

- If you are already using PrestaShop Product comments module, you can import all your existing ratings and comments.
