All Italian customers and European private customers have to pay VAT The European companies, which put a VAT number, do not have to pay VAT Now everyone is asked to pay VAT There is a module, with the question mark, It install, but I think it does not work. Frankyet Posted February 10, 2019 Share Posted February 10, 2019 Hi, This is a known issue for a long time in Prestashop 1.7 see also http://forge.prestashop.com/browse/BOOM-3594 and https://github.com/PrestaShop/PrestaShop/issues/9994 for me a reason to stick at prestashop 1.6, maybe next year to see if it workes on 1.7.
