slow Back Office

Hello, 

I have a prestashop 1.6.1.6 and lately my back office became really slow the only page that's not verry slow is Orders and I can't access the advanced parameters page when ever I try to acces i get the error HTTP ERROR 500. the sore is nnot affacted and it is working .

Any help ?!!!

For the error 500 try to turn on debug reporting to see if there is any error.
Trying to clear your cache may also work.

i did turn the debug on and i'm getting this error
