Tax incl not shown when user register VAT number in 1.7.4.4

Hello.

I have two identical Prestashop e-shops for two city shops with same settings. One is working correctly, but second is not.

I use only original modules, and original theme.

 

Shops are calculating price with taxes 15% and 21% correctly trough TAX RULES, and LOCATIONS.

All three user groups has set "price_display_method" to "Tax incl.".

On both systems the price is normally shown as Tax incl., and shows the Tax separately after in basket.

 

But one shop starts to show price Tax excl, when user make registration and fill the VAT Number field.

Then i see Tax excl on product, and Tax excl in basket, and i see the tax calculated separately, but there is no TAX INCL SUM.

 

I cannot find any settings connecting TAX RULES with VAT USER REGISTRATION.

I spent 8 hours searching internet for solution.

I found only similar problem, that when there is not right location for user, and he use his VAT NUMBER for regstration, he will be automatically set as TAX EXCL. But my user has correct location in registration.
