Check out form not progressing

Hi,

I am finding a bug in 1.7.4. I have done the following:

  • Tested the issue in Edge, Firefox, Chrome and Opera
  • Testing the issue by disabling the option for guest check out
  • Stopped an ad blocking software from running in the browser
  • Whitelisted the url in my firewall
  • Tested the issue using my mobile device and turning-off WiFi

The bug regards the check out form. User will enter their information as a guest on the first page once they click 'continue' they will not progress to enter their address information. If they have stored their information and try to log in their information will not populate. Basically the individual cannot complete their order.

I have found a workaround which involves enabling catalog mode under Configure>Shop Parameters>Product Settings>Product (General)>Catalog>Yes

This will remove the 'Proceed to Checkout' and places the payment options available. However, the individual is not able to select shipping method and is forced to accept the default method for their location. Plus this only works for a single item and will not allow the customer to purchase multiple items.

Please advise how to get the check out form to work correctly.
