Only default country available at checkout

During checkout the shop offers only one country in the country dropdown.

• All countries are enabled under "Locations"
• The carrier is enabled for all countries
• The payment systems are enabled for all countries

Any idea what might cause this problem?

for 1.6: check localization-->countries-->scroll down

this setting when enabled will suppress countries that  do not have carriers.

I have the same problem but I can't find where to fix this in my PrestaShop 1.7.5.1. I didn't want to open a new post so I hope you can help me here

@El Patron Did you find out any solution you can share? I have the same issue, all countries are enabled, I have a carrier for all zones/countries, but still, only the default country is available in the checkout. PS 1.7.7.1

I did not find solution for original poster as he never replied.  But yea I probably could have solved looool.  My advice is to always post a new topic, your very own and not post on similar post...you can tag me in the post or pm me the link....but always post 'new' topic for your specific question.
