Can't access Customer Profile or even login as a customer

Hi there!

 

I've the following problem on my 1.7.4.2. Prestashop version, when I try to access the customers profile on backoffice I get the red notification saying "cannot load object or could not find it", when trying to login as a customer i just get a blank page saying "Fatal Error", nothing else.

I've disabled all non-native modules and the problem continues.

When i enable the debug mode, there is no error and I can access the customer profile on Backoffice and the front office login, with no problem.

Last week this has happened and i've restored a backup to solve the problem, but i'vent made any relevant change on the website for this to be happening again,

 

Can someone help please?

Now even with the debug mode active, by accessing the clients profile the error shows and nothing opens, on the front office customer login shows this error:

I've a new update on this issue, from what i understand it happens everytime the Prestashop Cache is cleared. What I need to restore everytime the cache is cleared is the file var/cache/prod/class_index.php

 

Can someone help?
