Problem when the user/client submits the login form

In localhost everything works normally, but in the web server the store presented a problem, when the user/client submits the login form the page reloads and nothing happens, and if put the wrong login data, no error message is displayed.

Tried:

- Everything 777 on permissions.

- changed the php version.

- clean the cache.

- change the php settings.

- Disable mod security

- disabled ssl

Note: The login of the admin works normally, the problem is only in the login of the users.

Anyone have any idea what that might be?
