Because it remains a significant amount in my student budget, and the product purchased does not meet my expectations. Can you return a refund (or voucher to find the product I'm looking for)? If he refuses you can write to PrestaShop finance department and ask for refund. If you bought theme from 3rd party when it depends on 3rd party what are they policies.
