Discount calculated/shown on total price including taxes on a B2B site where all the prices are indicated without taxes

Hello everybody;
I am a user of Prestashop 1.7.3
I ask your help for the following problem that should be corrected:

In my site, for B2B customers all prices are shown without taxes (without VAT);  BUT in the shopping cart the Discount (Cart Rule) is calculated (and then shown) on the total price with taxes (while it should be calculated/indicated on the price without taxes too).

You can clearly see this in my example/picture below:
In this case I have in the shopping cart 24 items for a total price, without taxes, of 391.48.
Then I am applying a 10% discount on this total price (without taxes) of 391.48.
So the Discount shown in the red rectangle should be 39.148 (and NOT 47.76).
47.76 is calculated on the Total including Taxes (391.48 + 22% VAT); which is not correct since we are working on all the prices without taxes.

The numbers at the bottom (Total tax excl. = 363.4 and Taxes = 79.95) however are correct.

Can you help me to fix this?

Thanks A LOT in advance;
Best regards,

Fabrizio
