We have entered some IMAP configuration numbers in the BackOffice Message Module - and now the whole system crashes and stays offline for several minutes is we click on "Customer Service" or on the Module. Does anyone know which file to open in order to delete the wrong IMAP configuration numbers? Help will be highly appreciated.
