Using presta 1.7.4 Not sure how to solve it! Shipping cost is applying to the cart properly based on live rates and/or PrestaShop rates after prompted to payment the shipping cost is still in the cart ...made multiple live (test) transactions using PayPal / Braintree / Credit cards and Shipping cost was not applied instead it is written Free ( see attached Order confirmation) Is that something wrong with UPS module configuration ? Or payment method configuration (PayPal)? I'm sure, 100% I set up Presta setting and UPS settings properly ?? Please help me out! Any idea? PrestaHeroes USA Posted November 19, 2018 Share Posted November 19, 2018 enable PS debug mode and replicate to see if there are any errors. also check chrome dev console for errors and hosting apache error log.
