qiladah Posted November 18, 2018 Share Posted November 18, 2018 Hi I was trying to edit and remove the footer "Powered by Prestashop" from the email template that is located under Localization> translation> then choosing the email to edit and I tried to delete it from the file manager under the mail folder but booth ways did not work..! the email is still using the old original format and not showing the edited one ! do u have an idea of why is this happening ? my prestashop is 1.7 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
