soduno
I have added two carriers to Prestashop 1.7. I have assigned them to the correct zone, and given them a price under the Prestashop Carrier settings. No matter what I do the error always pop's out under checkout: "There is no available carriers for that address". Am I missing something general? I am using Supercheckout module
PrestaHeroes USA
if you disable supercheckou module, or uninstall....does issue persist? if so please post screen shots of carrier config....and ensure your countries are assigned to correct zones. soduno
Yes the problem still persist if I disable the supercheckout module. I have also changed back to the default theme with no luck. Below is images of my carrier: https://imgur.com/a/PUt0aem Just to clarify, I have also tried a address that actually exists Edited November 16, 2018 by soduno (see edit history)

soduno
3 minutes ago, El Patron said: You need to associate Denmark to it's zone: Wait a minute, there is something wrong. When I edit the country, it's selected zone as Denmark (check attached image). Database bug? soduno
It's fixed now, thanks to you El Patron, you got me in the right direction. 😀 The zone was selected, but I think it was not somehow stored in the database. Did store it as another zone and then back to the original and now it works. Edited November 16, 2018 by soduno (see edit history)
