Changing the path to the product and the store doesn't work

Hello. My problem is that I have removed the {ean13} element from the product path in the traffic preference settings. And there was a 500 error on the server. I can only enter [Dev_Mode true] into the admin panel and the front panel.

I tried on this Dev_Mode to restore the {-: ean13} element to the path but I get errors that the given path is incorrect, additionally there is an additional php error caused by changing the CHMOD of the var / cache / dev / appParameters.php file to 000, where once set to 666 again I can enter the panel ...

 

What should I do to make the site work without dev mode?
