Steve L
I'm having an issue where if a customer places an order using Worldpay as the payment method, the card payment is processed by Worldpay correctly. However, when the customer is redirected back to the store (to the Order History page) the products are still in the cart and no order has been created or confirmed. The customer receives a confirmation email for the payment from Worldpay and so do I. Orders placed using Bankwire as the payment method are confirmed and created correctly. This is a new site. The website is www.accuratediecast.com. Prestashop v1.6.1.20 Worldpay module v5.0.3 Can anyone help me please?
Guest
Is this new behaviour or has it always happened? if new behaviour try to think through any changes you may have made on the shop, prestashop upgrade, module upgrade etc - even server and hosting changes If yu have recently changed / upgraded a module that could be your starting point to talk to the module devs Anything there could cause issues
Steve L
This is a brand new site so these are the first live orders we've taken. I've been going through various possibilities and trying to find an answer but I'm totally stuck.
