Password issue

Hello,

I forgot my password to access my back office. I keep on clicking on "lost password" and entering my email address to receive it back. I get the confirmation pop up message: "your new password has been emailed to you". However, everytime I check my email inbox or even my spam there is no such email from Prestashop. I am completely blocked without access to my back office.

Maybe your email configuration is wrong or similar. Youo can try to reset it manually: https://www.a2hosting.com.mx/kb/installable-applications/optimization-and-configuration/prestashop2/resetting-the-prestashop-administrator-password
