Error loading Dashboard after upgrade

I upgrade from version 1.7.3.3 to version 1.7.4.3 using "1-Click Upgrade", the upgrade takes place without problems, all the colors are green and I receive the confirmation message.

but when I try to enter the back office with the login, both the login page and the back office page, they have a loading error, all the writings are aligned on the left, almost as if they could not read or interpret the css .
