Problem with virtual products

Hello, I have an online store with downloadable products, and I expose my problem:

- My online store had version 1.5.6.3 up here all right

- A couple of days ago, I updated it to version 1.6.1.22 and from the moment it was updated, both to me when downloading the virtual products, from the administration panel and to my clients, when they make a purchase, the error comes out that the products are damaged.

My question is if there is a way to fix it and get it working again or do I have to upload all the files again?

I hope someone can help me.

Thank you.

A greeting.

That depends on what the actual problem on the harddrive is.

The way it works is that the ps_product_download table contains two names for each product. One name - that looks something like 79e98c43559d36b8ae3ef84fe57e186dd632a223 - specifies the name under which it is stored on your disk in the "download" subdirectory. The other specifies under which name it will be offered to the customer.

You should check the system and look where things go wrong.
