Multiple combinations same stock

Hello

Is there any possibility to make same stock for a different combinations?
Example: I want to give my customers an option to buy an extended warranty and there are 3 options 1 year, 2 years, 3 years (each have an impact on the price), it's the same product but have diffrerent quantities. 
Is there any module or solution for this?

I think you do not need any module. Just turn on and or use product attributes in the catalog menu in back office.
