How to open an Issue into http://forge.prestashop.com

Hi, I have a problem with PS 1.6.20

I do not understand how to create an issue within the http://forge.prestashop.com site
It is not clear, the "Create" button shows an alert: "This projet is about DOCUMENTATION. If you want to contribute to the documentation, its translation, its improvement, this is the right place. For other topics, please select the relevant Jira Project in the previous page. Thank you"

The site is bombarded with spam at the moment.

This is my issue:

On the 25 October, we has got this problem:
"TECHNICAL ERROR: unable to load form. Details: Error thrown: [object Object] Text status: error".

We first contacted the developer of the theme, he answered like this:

"We checked on your site. When create new account page is run with ajax. It will call with link https://www.domain.it/?rand=randomcode (EX: https://www.domain.it/?rand=1540477944799 ). Your site can't run this link.Your site use some SEO modules. Please contact module provider check this link."

Second we contacted the server's customer service, they tell us that Prestashop is corrupt in the core.

The last customer registration occurred on the site dates back to Wed Oct 24, 4:34 pm.
We discovered the problem thanks to a customer who sent us a screenshot at 9:16 am on Thursday October 25th.

Today 26th everything works again without do nothing!

The server's customer service wrote us:

"on our part no intervention was made, the problem seems to be generated directly by Prestashop which in the last month has had several problems to its servers."

Have you had any other similar problems?

Hello, the problem is gone but nobody has put his hand.
Suddenly he started working again.

Given the extension of support to version 1.6, I tried to upgrade to 1.6.1.22 but during the update the Gamification module gave error:

[PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :_domain_path/modules/gamification/gamification.php:
syntax error, unexpected '.', expecting ',' or ';'

This error prevented me from accessing the backend, so I renamed the gamification folder in: module/#gamification

Can I still update to the last prestashop 1.6 version?
