Update shopping cart via HTTP POST

Hi,

I integrated my prestashop with the vendor external website. When the customer order certain product my shop will load an iframe from the vendor website so the customer can customize their product. I need to set up a URL to handle a HTTP POST from the vendor. This POST will contain the following information:
• Order ID
• product purchased
• Shipping amount
I will use the above information to update my customer’s shopping cart and final order amount.

Could you please tell me how can I update the shopping cart using the HTTP POST?
