GotLiveChat.com
Did you also follow the step where you can to confirm your site with Google Analytics? If I remember correctly, there was a line of code you had to include on one of your pages that Google uses to verify site-ownership.
Usman Ahmed
Load your website on any browser and goto its page source. Try to find Google Analytics code in page source. If its not there, it means that you have not added the analytics code to your website properly.

If I remember correctly, there was a line of code you had to include on one of your pages that Google uses to verify site-ownership. Don't put it only one of your pages. Put it on all of your pages. It is not for verifying ownership, it is for tracking.

Usman Ahmed
Just put your google analytics codes in footer.php It will work but it is not recommended by Google. Google recommends that you put analytics code just before ending </head> tag.
