Default Product Display

Hi 

So i have recently started using Prestashop for my online store. and i have 2 issues that i would need help on. Appreciate if someone can guide me on the same. 

1. In the product sort, the options are that of Name and Price, can i add an option where a customer can sort by "available" / "Sold out"?
2. the default display of my category pages for the products is that of New Added Products" (so i guess from the date added) but is it possible that i have 2 conditions in the default display - new products and available products, so basically any sold out products are displayed in the end - even if they were added recently.

Appreciate if anyone can guide me getting these 2 issues sorted. TIA
