HTTP 200 Parserror everytime i install V1.7.3.1

Hi all, I'm trying to install Prestashop 1.7.3.1 which is on my hosting and keep getting HTTP 20 Parserror which stops the setup and i have to delete the DB and shop and start again, can't get any help from my host as he is not answering the support tickets and totally stuck, so any advice would be great.
I have had this working the very first time i moved to my Host Friday but i made a mistake that i could rectify so tried to delete the shop and start again.
anyway no idea how to sort it and stuck so any help appreciated.
