planetajuguetes Posted October 10, 2018 Share Posted October 10, 2018 My backend has gone really slow since yesterday. I faced similar problems last week, but they were solved. I have tried several solutions modifying class/tools.php but nothing changes and deleting xml countries. Still the same problem. I have read many people complaining about this issue. I just discovered they twitted yesterday, but the problem it is still happening. I have not managed to fixed it using the solutions proposed in the forum (Delete xml files and change tools.php). Now i struggle to get logged in, it either doesn't load the admin login screen, and when it does it spends 20 mins attempting to login and does nothing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Cuball Posted October 12, 2018 Share Posted October 12, 2018 I had issues logging into the back office, managed to get it working by disabling the Customers/Merchant Expertise module (or via ftp rename the "gamification" folder/module) . WoodyT Posted October 13, 2018 Share Posted October 13, 2018 My backend was extremely slow last week, changed the tools.php file and fixed my problem. Today I couldn't log into my dashboard - kept getting 404 NGINX, renamed the gamification module to gamification1 and everything is back to a smooth operation. Strange really...
