Two modules not showing up during checkout.

Prestashop Newb here.

I have two modules which are not showing up for the customer at checkout:

The UPS Shipping module, and the Stripe Regular and Recurring payments module.

Both are configured correctly as far as I can tell. All of the UPS Carriers are set up and active, and the Stripe module loads information from my Stripe account correctly.

However, at checkout, the customer is not presented with any of the UPS Carriers for shipping, and neither are they presented with the Stripe payments options. As you can see from the checkout image attached, the Paypal module works, but not the Stripe module.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot this issue?

Possibly that you need theme customization.

Make a call to your theme dev, as well if you have support from DHL and Stripe which could find and fix the issue.

I sought support from both developers and have resolved them both.
