approve order before payment

is there a module that prevents customer from making payment until an administrator approves order?

You requirement seems very different & I don't think there will be any module to achieve the same.

we have clients that use this module, it allows you to record 'safely' cc info...then after review of order you would manually run it via your payment gateway.

But my requirement is to be able to approve order manually (ensure all products and quantities are available + the prescription is valid) before accepting a payment.

I have an online pharmacy in a country where prescription information is not centralized, So the customer has to first upload the prescription along with their order and we can accept payment only after the order is validated.

Any help to achieve this will be highly appreciated!

 

p.s. I've come across extensions in magento and woocommerce fulfilling this scenario. I hope someone from prestashop addresses this problem too.
