Different prices in shopping cart (Specific price issue)

Hello, I set specific prices for specific customer groups. As you can see on screenshots, there is different price on product page and after adding to cart, it shows basic price. 

Specific price rule is set to "amount".

Any ideas? Thanks in advance

hey Alex,  we don't  know a lot from info provided, easier to post the url we can test and inst. on how to recreate.

i suspect that if non-logged then default group is visitor and maybe in your example at checkout they logged in and that changes group to customer.

But this is only a guess...
