MrArn Posted September 11, 2018 Share Posted September 11, 2018 I'm having a problem with CSV Import, I'm running PrestaShop version 1.6.1.20 After I select the file to be imported and move to the mapping page, the mapping page doesn't work. It only shows "ID" and nothing else. If I click import it fails, saying, Property Product->name is empty. This happens even using files I've imported successively before. julianalzate Posted October 16, 2018 Share Posted October 16, 2018 from my experience, it must be that soon you have a field that you are not associating it well in the csv when importing it into admin, or you may have badly written values in a field that affect the upload of the file, keep in mind that it is better to have the id empty when importing new products, but if it is to replace products there if you must put the id in the file Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
