HI all !

On a fresh an clean install (PS 1.7.4.2 PHP 7.) i've suddenly lost the BO access...

Now the only way to access to my BO is to activate the debug mode...
**But ** If i try to desengage the debug mode (throught BO) i've got a blank page and no access to BO (front office is ok).

If i want to reaccess to my BO the only way is to reload defines.inc.php with (PS_MODE_DEV', true) via ftp

What could be the problem ?

Thank you and sorry for my poor english

Hi Peranders, no it happens few days after opening the web site...

But tonight i've found an error with => @ini_set('display_errors', 'on'); which is following

Fatal error: require(): Failed opening required '/home/securiteqn/www/var/cache/prod/ContainerVpkyxyx/removed-ids.php' (include_path='/home/securiteqn/www/tools/htmlpurifier/standalone:/home/securiteqn/www/vendor/pear/pear_exception:/home/securiteqn/www/vendor/pear/console_getopt:/home/securiteqn/www/vendor/pear/pear-core-minimal/src:/home/securiteqn/www/vendor/pear/archive_tar:.:/usr/local/php7.0/lib/php') in /home/securiteqn/www/var/cache/prod/ContainerVpkyxyx/appProdProjectContainer.php on line 860

I absolutely don't know what it could be...

Most likely a permission problem. Can be fixed too by manually deleting or renaming dev folder inside var/cache/

I had an issue to access some pages (error 500) in the back-office (1.7.4.3) and this solution worked.
Thank you Daniuz ;)
