Now the only way to access to my BO is to activate the debug mode... **But ** If i try to desengage the debug mode (throught BO) i've got a blank page and no access to BO (front office is ok). If i want to reaccess to my BO the only way is to reload defines.inc.php with (PS_MODE_DEV', true) via ftp What could be the problem ? Can be fixed too by manually deleting or renaming dev folder inside var/cache/ 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Joshua8333 Posted October 30, 2019 Share Posted October 30, 2019 (edited) I had the same Issue in the Front and Backoffice. When you delete the dev folder and still can't access the BO then you should delete the folder prod folder inside var/cache/ too. I solved my Error 500 in this way.
