Other VAT number Company - for client without VAT number

hi , i have difficult question :

company with store at prestashop 1.6 have VAT number, (example nnnnnnnn1), all legal.

client from customer group - make order with this business info, all good.

company have b2b group clients, of course they have his vat numbers (99%).

but 1% this b2b clients not have his vat numbers, for any reason.

for such clients, the company wants to show other vat number in the company account,  example this vat2 = nnnnnnnn2.

how to solve this issue ?

how to make a check in /pdf/invoice.tpl, 

if a customer from a certain group + country + does not have its vat number - he in pdr order get VAT2 from company ?
