(possible)bug in ps1.3.6 preferences->product->minimun purchase total to validate order

Hi,

I found this , perhaps bug, in ps1.3.6.
Situation: my main currency is Japanese Yen, so my preferences are relative to this currency, but I also have american dollar as a seconday currency.
In my shop you cannot place an order if the total is less than 3000Y (japanese yen ) but when a customer chooses to pay in dollar, the shop is givin an error that the minimun purchase must be at least 3000$ , I guess this is an error since the minimun 3000 in preferences is for japanese yen and not american dollar.

Does anybody know where I should look to change the code ( to satisfy my requirements ) .
