CSV Import Parameters

Hello, 

I am trying to import a CVS file to import new clients.

I download a sample CVS files and try it just to see if it's work and it didn't.

I have the error :  Error Importing: style> #psException{font-family: Verdana; font-size: 14px} #psException h2{color: #F20000} 

I didn't changed the style that was from the example so I don't understand, then I changed it in Verdana - 14 - F20000 but the same error appeared.

Does someone know what I shoul do to fix it ?
